I thoroughly enjoyed my one month stay at the Vogue Suite. The accommodation was very comfortable and everything that was needed was provided. The location is perfect for getting to know the city with restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
I was impressed with how quiet the building was. You are not disturbed in any way. The staff went out of their way to provide assistanace and answer questions. I would highly recommend this Suite to anyone considering visiting Victoria.

Ocean Point is a beautiful house and we enjoyed staying there so much. The views and wildlife are awesome and I'm sure we will be back again one day - we had sunshine nearly every day and the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We had a wonderful stay at Deer Lake Manor, the house and garden is fabulous, and Johannes and Marie-Louise made us so welcome, as did Duchess, their gorgeous dog. I really would highly recommend it, it is well situated, easy to get to the sky train, and within walking distance of the local heritage site and for walks around deer lake, having said that it is in a beautiful area, very peaceful. On arrival Johannes showed us round and had supplied us with milk, fresh fruit etc. and a welcome cake which was such a nice touch. So much thought has clearly gone into the restoration of this house, and every detail has been finished with perfection.
It is a place I would love to go back to some time in the future.

I don't normally respond to survey but this property exceeded our expectations so much I felt compelled to let you know how much we appreciated our stay.
The home and grounds were clean, spacious, well-quipped and homey. We felt instantly at home and relaxed as we read books and looked out over the ocean, The grounds were lovely and the beds/sheets were better than any high-end hotel we've stayed at! We cooked a lot of meals in the large wall-equipped kitchen and dined in the dining room over looking the ocean. The decorating was very much to our taste and reminded us of our home. It was such a comfortable stay that our daughter asked to spend her 15th birthday this summer at the house and we had a nice celebration for her on August 16.
This rental was one of the best places we have ever stayed and I wonder if you could pass these comments and appreciation on to the owners.

We had a wonderful stay, and our hostess couldn't have been more accommodating. The house is truly wonderful. I suppose, if I were to suggest improvements, it would be more couches or comfortable seating (seating was plentiful, but straight chairs) for that number of people replacing heavy comforters with layers that could be adjusted of course, paving the road -- but I wouldn't expect they will do that!
It was everything we wanted, however, and my family is entirely pleased with our week there. Thanks so much for your help.

What a wonderful time we spent at Eliza Point. One of the best holiday homes you'll ever find! From the moment we entered this beautiful home we were delighted at the comforts provided. Everything had been thought of to enhance our stay.
It was a perfect place for us as a family. When we weren't having fun Barbecuing, soaking in the hot tub or playing on the WII, we were taking in the incredible scenery, which can be enjoyed from every room. (not to mention the humming birds, and deer in the garden!)

I stayed at The Eden 805 from March 31st through June 13th. The accomodations were perfect! The unit was the right size and in a lovely neighborhood. My greeter, Tim Bonner met me at 12:30 - 1:00 AM upon my arrival. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions, especially at that hour! Tim was able to assist and answer any questions I had throughout my stay. He even met me at 8:00 AM upon my departure.

Just a few comments on our stay in the above suite for one week while in Victoria for our son's wedding.
The suite itself contained high end appliances, furniture and kitchen accessories. The beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful to stay in a place that was so self contained. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was a bonus.
The location in the downtown area was exactly what we needed and we always felt secure in entering and leaving the building.
A special thank you to Rich Dawdy who was always available for questions and very professional in all the dealings we had with him. It was also a pleasure to deal with Tim and Courtney.
We would definitely book with EMR vacation rentals again.

Dungeness Cove was a wonderful place and the Oceanview Suite was very nice. We were very lucky in that the other suite was not occupied the entire time we were there, so it was very quiet and peaceful. We liked having the place to ourselves.
The place was very well kept and clean both inside and out. Everything we had to use at our disposal was convenient and of excellent quality.
The owner was very nice and we enjoyed our visits with her when she was around. We also thoroughly enjoyed the East Sooke area and it's slow pace and the wonderful eateries that one found out on the endless curvy roads. We would indeed refer someone if we had the chance.

My Mother and the kids loved that they could go out each morning and pick fresh figs and blackberries for their breakfast! The location was a good jump off point for day trips, and we realized after going to Mayne Island for the wedding, that we would be limited in the activities we could do on the island for a whole week. We took your advice and got to Salt Spring Island for market day. Also, Sidney turned out to be quite a gem of a town. It was small enough to not feel crowded, but had all the amenities of good dining, shopping, and access to the water. We also made time for the evening market in Sidney, and enjoyed that as much (if not more) as the Salt Spring market.
The Horseshoe Bay property was also lovely. Again, it was nice to return to a smaller, quieter village after a day of hustle and bustle in Vancouver. We appreciate your assistance and will keep your company in mind next time we travel to BC.

We had a tremendous time and thought the 3D Marinaside Condo was fantastic. The facilities were excellent and location perfect. Tim, our greeter was very helpful. If we had to dig very deep and find some helpful criticism it was possibly the lack of drawer space in the bedrooms!!

Rental: Sundance Oceanside Suite
The property is in a beautiful location with a great view (the hot tub by moonlight is exquisite). The property is somewhat isolated (this could be a plus or a minus, depending on what your vacation goals are - we liked it) with a great regional park nearby for hiking picnicking, etc. The amenities are very nice; she is clearly still working on the place, but she has thought of a lot of the things that people might want to have or to do (kayaks, games, hot tub, grill, etc.) It has a good kitchen and cooking tools and reasonably priced.
Overall we had a great time in a very quiet and relaxing location. We went hiking, kayaking and out for dinner at the spectacular Sooke Harbour House. Sooke is a great little community with some very nice features and the Sundance Suite is lovely.

Blake was great to deal with on the phone; the condo itself was very good (I was surprised that it didn't have air conditioning, but I recognize that it's not often needed in Vancouver). It was good having a few things in the condo -- basic cooking essentials, saran wrap, paper towels, etc., and the owner had left enough personal items around that it had a homey feel. We'd definitely use you again for a Vancouver vacation.

We loved our stay at the Heritage Lane house on Government. The house was conveniently located, easy walking distance to the park, beach and the harbor (we like to walk!). We loved exploring the little shops and restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable (always important). I think the website stated there were 3 queens, but actually there were 2 queens and a king. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and spices. The front yard was beautiful -- people stopped to admire the flowers. The table and grill in the front yard were a treat. The only glitch was no wireless internet, but that was resolved. We hope to stay there again on our next visit.
