You will be 6 blocks from the beach and within steps of all the restaurants, shops and pubs that make Kitsilano one of Vancouver's most desirable and vibrant neighbourhoods. There is easy access to downtown and all Vancouver's Olympic venues either by public transport or car. There is a parking space in a secure garage for a small car with direct access to the house if needed. The main floor has open plan kitchen, dining and living room with two sets of French doors leading to the south facing patio and garden from both the dining area and the living room. On the lower ground floor there is a single bedroom/office, a half bathroom, the washer and dryer and access to the garage. On the second floor are two south-facing bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony, and very spacious closet. Also on this floor is the second single bedroom and a full bathroom with tub and shower. To accommodate a fifth person there is room in any of the bedrooms for a mattress on the floor.
