Cliffside Manor is a 2 story home built in 2005 and offers all the luxuries of modern living. It is situated on top of a cliff facing south-west, with a fantastic view of Howe Sound, downtown Squamish and the famous Squamish climb, the Chief.

The house has an open plan which connects the kitchen, dining and living rooms making it ideal for entertaining. Large window areas allow panoramic view of the sea, sky and mountains while enjoying the open areas of the house. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The entire house is heated by in-floor heat so there is no need for slippers. There is also a wood burning fireplace in the living room for a cozy ambiance.

A hot tub is located on the outside deck where you can sit, relax and take in the breathtaking sunset and mountain views. The master bedroom has a large closet and the en-suite bathroom offers a large soaker tub. The other bedrooms are situated apart from each other to allow plenty of privacy, making it ideal for multi-family or corporate rentals. The bed arrangement can be flexible allowing for configurations to include double beds to two single beds.

The house is situated 3 minutes from downtown Squamish, making it easy to run errands. It also abuts the Smoke Bluffs Park, so if you want to escape into the woods, there are numerous pathways for leisurely walks or long hikes.

If your idea of fun is rock climbing, the Smoke Bluffs Park is a paradise for beginner to expert climbers. The house is directly adjacent to several popular climbs.

This home is located 30 minutes from the Callahan Valley Nordic Center, 45 minutes from Whistler, 50 minutes from downtown Vancouver and 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Vancouver Airport.
