Season View is located in a development comprised of 42 high quality townhouse units with 4 units per building. It is a quiet and clean area maintained not only by hired contractors, but lovingly so by some of the home owners on the development. Season View is an outside unit in a semi-private area, attached to a hiking trail that leads as far away as Whistler, via Alice Lake which is approximately 3.5 miles 5.5 km away. The home is at an elevation above Squamish, giving a magnificent view of the mountain range, including some high peaks, all of which can be seen from the living room area and even better from the master bedroom which is one floor above.

The interior of the townhouse is extremely well designed and built. It is comprised of three levels the lower level consists of a double garage, with room for one vehicle, and is well lit and clean. There is the entry hall, a complete laundry room and the first bedroom/office complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. One floor up consists of the living/entertainment area a large living room with a magnificent view, a well equipped modern kitchen, a half bathroom and a good size dining room, easily seating 8-10 adults. The third level consists of the three additional bedrooms two good size rooms, a full bathroom and the master bedroom with a magnificent en-suite which contains a soaking bathtub and separate shower.

The property is approximately ten minutes drive away from 2 shopping centres, including Canadian Tire, Boston Pizza and a multi-screen first run movie house. There are as well a number of quite good restaurants within that same area. Downtown Squamish is approximately a further 10 minutes drive away from the above mentioned shopping area.
