Conveniently located on the North Shore just minutes from the Lions Gate Bridge and a 10 minute drive to the Vancouver down town area , a 15 minute drive to Grouse Mountain and a 20 minute drive to the Cypress Mountain downhill ski area. The Sea to Sky highway is also just minutes away and will get you to Whistler in an hour and a half.

Public transport is easily accessible and offers frequent service to downtown Vancouver and rapid transit. Ambleside village is just a 5 minute walk and here a wide selection of restaurants and shops can be found. Also within walking distance is the new Park Royal Village shopping center and the picturesque West Vancouver sea walk a must for those who love to walk or run.

This three level home features cozy under floor radiant heating, two gas fireplaces, 5 bedrooms, three full and one half bathroom, one large kitchen and one smaller kitchenette with a mix of granite, hardwood and carpet flooring.

The large master bedroom on the second floor features a walk in closet and large ensuite with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a two wash basin vanity. Two additional bedrooms share a second full bathroom on this floor.

The lower level features two more bedrooms, one with an area for watching TV, a full bathroom and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. A laundry room with washer, dryer and wash tub completes this level.
