Edgemont House is conveniently located in North Vancouver and is 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from Cyprus Mountain and 90 minutes from Whistler. The house is recently renovated and is stylishly furnished with leather furniture, original artwork, hardwood floors, stone counters and built in sound system. Bring your own iPOD though. It has an open concept with spacious kitchen, dining room, sitting room and living room upstairs with a peek a boo view of downtown. The French doors on the top floor lead to a covered deck and outdoor very large hot tub. Downstairs has a large mud room great for your ski gear opening into the TV room and stairs leading to top floor. Upstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. There is also an office upstairs with high speed connection as well as a wireless service. Downstairs has 2 bedroom and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 bunk beds. The TV room has a queen size pull out couch. This accommodates 8 for sleeping. Professional landscaping surrounds the house for a beautiful and peaceful setting. |
