The Vogue Loft is a one bedroom and den top floor unit with its own rooftop terrace, located in one of Victoria's Old Town landmark buildings. Originally built in 1892 as the Victoria Hotel, these newly constructed lofts meet all modern building requirements while preserving the ambiance of this heritage treasure. The building is located in downtown Victoria on Government Street, between Johnson and Pandora. This location is within easy walking distance of many of Victoria's attractions, restaurants, events and museums like The Inner Harbour, The Empress Hotel, The Provincial Legislature Buildings, The Royal BC Museum and The Royal Theatre. The Vogue Loft is also adjacent to Market Square which features over 40 merchants and selection of specialty shops. The condo is midway between Bastion Square, Trounce Alley and Canada's oldest Chinatown, which includes Fan Tan Alley, North America's narrowest street

The main floor of the building houses a specialty outdoors clothing and equipment store. For your convenience, there is also a cafe which offers excellent coffee and baked goods. The Loft itself provides a perfect blend of modern technology and old world romance. The suite features an open design, exposed old-world brick, old growth timber posts and beams, and a gas fireplace. The modern kitchen comes complete with granite counter tops and four appliances. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. The suite contains two bathrooms, one bedroom and den and can comfortably sleep four as the den can be used as a second bedroom if required. The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed and the den has a double sized hide-a-bed in an office setting. Two cable connected LCD TVs, a VHS/DVD player, and stereo provide in-suite entertainment. A high-speed Internet connection and telephone, with unlimited North American long distance, are also provided. The roof top terrace, complete with gas BBQ, provides a private place to relax outdoors and take in the city views. A secured underground parking spot is available, should you have your own transportation, while bus stops are only steps away.
