East Sooke Regional Park, Roche Cove, and Galloping Goose Trail System are all minutes away. Hike for hours through the beautiful old growth canopy of Victoria's most spectacular regional wilderness park, East Sooke Park. Enjoy riding your bike all the way into Victoria on the Galloping Goose Trail or explore the wonders of Roche Cove Park. Seaside Cottage is also your oceanfront paradise. Watch the abundant wildlife pass by while sunning on the private dock or on the benches provided next to the water. The small offshore island right out front of the cottage is a wildlife haven. You will often see eagles, herons, swans, otters, and many types of birds. All the while, peaceful Sooke Basin awaits you. Enjoy all kinds of water sports from kayaking to swimming. The sheltered basin is perfect for paddlers of any experience level. Experience the spectacular views from the master bedroom, while relaxing in the luxurious king size bed with the ocean at your feet. Beautiful views are abundant from the deck, living room and dining room. There is something more spectacular to see at every turn.
