There something very welcoming and comforting about staying on a farm estate. It says great family memories and togetherness.

Dalmeny Farm Estate located on Victoria British Columbia's Saanich Peninsula is exactly that kind of place where you can enjoy the wide open south facing space in the shadow of the 1000 foot Mount Newton to the back.

Dalmeny Farm Estate was recently renovated in 2019 in much of the indoor living spaces and the outdoor yard and driveway giving it modern appeal yet still with touches of its past.

The living and sleeping spaces are all on one level making it easy for guest that may have some mobility concerns however, there is a couple stairs to gain access into the house from the outside.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has been amazingly renovated to ensure the chef in your group has a place to practice the culinary arts.

The dinning room with the antique farmer's table seats up to 8 people comfortably.

There are two living room spaces on each side of the brick decorative fireplace with bay windows providing the views of the farm acreage and distant hills.

The spacious master bedroom with king bed looks out the windows with a south facing view of the rolling Peninsula hills and farmlands below. The master bedroom ensuite is rejuvenating spa like space with soaker tub, large walk in glass shower, and his and her dual sinks.

Completing the other spacious bedrooms is double and single bed in the second bedroom and in the third bedroom a king bed with side deck access. There is a sitting room with small TV and hide-a-bed that can operate as a fourth bedroom and door to access the side deck.

To accommodate the guests using the extra bedrooms there is a 4 piece bathroom with tub shower combo as well as a powder room near the kitchen with in-suite laundry.

You must check out the 8 person hot tub with its own patio to the west of the house where you can relax in the great outdoors in all weather.

The side porch and decks are for you to enjoy reading, socializing, reminiscing, making new memories, and using the outdoor BBQ for grilled delights.

There is plenty of parking in front of the main house.

The location is one of the best in Greater Victoria. Being centralized on the Saanich Peninsula you can easily access local attractions in Victoria and Sidney with an easy drive.

Hike from the house to John Dean Provincial Park, or 15 minutes away take in the sights at Butchart Gardens.

Explore the many beaches such as Island View Beach that not the coastlines on both side of the Peninsula.

Go golfing and the many golf courses in the region.

Foodies have to check out the many excellent restaurants providing all kinds of tastes to tickle your palette.

Take a tasting tour of the many locally made wines and spirits where wineries and distilleries craft some of the finest and award winning brands.

The Dalmeny Farm Estate is close to all the major access points like Victoria International Airport, BC Ferries at Swartz Bay, Washington State Ferries to Anacortes and the San Juan Islands, Coho Ferry to Port Angeles Washington, Clipper Passenger Ferry from Seattle, and Sea Planes from Victoria's Inner Harbour the service Vancouver British Columbia and Seattle Washington.
