PAYMENTS REQUIRED: First payment is a deposit of 50% of the rent plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are pre-authorized and are charged only if deemed necessary.

PAYMENT METHODS: Credit card or Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard and American Express is permissible for the deposit, Certified Cheque, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Bank Transfer is permissible for the balance due. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.
