The Bayside Retreat Suite is located on Roberts Bay in the beautiful seaside community of Sidney, BC just 20 kilometers or 12 miles north of Victoria on Vancouver Island. Roberts Bay is home to one of BC's oldest migratory bird sanctuaries. This suite has gorgeous views to the ocean and beach access. Enjoy the beautiful view from the luxury kitchen. The dining room opens to a large deck perfect for entertaining and relaxation and is equipped with a BBQ and patio furniture. The living room offers leather furniture, a home theatre system complete with DVD player, a CD stereo system, and gas fireplace. The living room looks out over the yard and has views of the bay. Conveniently located off the kitchen, there is an office area complete with a desk and Internet access. Laundry facilities are located in the garage. Sidney can be easily reached by air or sea from the mainland and is minutes from the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal, Victoria International Airport and the Washington State Ferries Terminal for the service from Anacortes. |

PAYMENTS REQUIRED: First payment is a deposit of 50% of the rent plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are pre-authorized and are charged only if deemed necessary. |
