Roberts Bay is home to one of BC's oldest migratory bird sanctuaries. This suite has gorgeous views to the ocean and beach access. Relax in the breakfast area overlooking the gardens and Roberts Bay or sit back and enjoy the view on the covered patio complete with BBQ and patio furniture. The cozy family area offers a home theatre system complete with DVD player, and a CD stereo system. Sidney can be easily reached by air or sea from the mainland and is minutes from the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal, Victoria International Airport and the Washington State Ferries Terminal for the service from Anacortes. |

PAYMENTS REQUIRED: First payment is a deposit of 50% of the rent plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are pre-authorized and are charged only if deemed necessary. |
