The Waterfront Estate is a purpose built luxury vacation home situated on two acres at the water's edge, near Mill Bay, overlooking the Saanich Inlet, Saanich Peninsula and the beautiful Gulf Islands. From every room you will enjoy spectacular uninterrupted views of the inlet out to Satellite Channel and experience romantic sun and moon rises.

Whether you approach by land, sea or air, you will be completely awed by this special villa. At the end of a country lane, you will approach a stunning west coast mansion. Being surrounded by the finest beaches, lakes, farms, wineries, specialty food shops and world class golfing, the estate bestows you with it's fulfilling and luxurious west coast lifestyle. Relax and experience the quiet lapping of the water that gives one a sense of calm and tranquility, where the eagles soar above the abundance of land and ocean environments. As you enter the estate via the curving walkway, you will notice the appealing landscaping leading to the grand front entrance. Once walking through the main glass door, you immediately see the ocean and islands through a two story window in the living room and notice the fine finishing and decorating. To the right, is the intimate dining room. Continue further and you come to the large well-equipped gourmet kitchen and the enormous granite island catches your attention. A covered deck with the outdoor grill has access to the large patio and pond with waterfalls. On the lower level, you will find a large outdoor covered patio and family room with entertainment centre, pool table and exercise equipment.

Each generous bedroom suite throughout the house overlooks the ocean, is tastefully decorated and has a luxurious king or queen bed with fine linens, duvet, a choice of pillows and a private ensuite with marble or travertine bathrooms. Five of the six bedrooms have sitting areas with a fireplaces, wireless internet, TV, DVD, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea amenities as well as large windows and doors to capture the scenery or to escape to the deck or patio areas.

The area where the Waterfront Estate calls home boasts some of the best places for ocean kayaking in the world and several places for hiking from beginner to extreme thrill seekers.

Traveling by land, the estate is only 40 minutes drive North of the City of Victoria and 1 hour South of the City of Nanaimo. The Waterfront Estate is situated 1 hour drive from the Swartz Bay Ferry or the Nanaimo Ferry from Vancouver. The Estate is 50 minutes to the Black Ball Ferry in Victoria which arrives from Port Angeles Washington, and is about an hour drive to the Anacortes Washington Ferry in Sidney BC. The Victoria International Airport is about an hour away from the Waterfront Estate. A scenic ferry ride across the Saanich Inlet from Brentwood Bay or Mill Bay is a wonderful alternative to driving both ways. At the top of the road near the Waterfront Estate there is a regular regional bus service that travels the Cowichan Valley. A local taxi service is also available.
