Ship's Point Beach House is a 3 bedroom oceanfront walk-out bungalow on a half acre lot offering incredible ocean and mountain views. The Ship's Point Beach House is centrally located in a peaceful and friendly community. The southwest facing backyard provides afternoon sun that you can enjoy amongst the fruit trees, garden and private sandy beach area that transitions to a gentle, walk-on waterfront. Ideal for couples and families, Ship's Point Beach House is fitted with everything you will need during your stay.

The 1400 square foot main floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large, open concept living space. The main living area boasts a sitting and reading area, a living room, a spacious kitchen and a dining room. Large windows surround the living space with a quaint garden patio off the kitchen and a large deck off the dining room. The deck has a covered eating area and an open area to take in the sun and ocean views. A large brick fireplace with modern wood burning stove sits in the living room and can be enjoyed throughout the main floor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and ocean views, and the second bedroom has a double bed and a crib. The four piece bathroom on the main floor has a large vanity and a skylight. The walkout basement provides an additional 700 square feet of living space. A third bedroom is fitted with two extra long twin beds, which can be combined into a king. A three piece spa-style bathroom on the basement level is convenient for post-ocean showers. There is ample closet and storage space in the bedrooms, a full laundry room, bathroom towels and a kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee pot and a microwave. Wireless internet, cable TV and a telephone are all available at the Beach House.

Within the Comox/Strathcona Valley, or simply without leaving the property, adventure and relaxation await. Located on a sheltered bay, you can launch your kayak, wander the bay or look for shellfish at low tide. Swimming is very safe and boasts some of the warmest ocean temperatures during the summer months around Vancouver Island. It is a scenic 35 minute drive from the Comox airport, less than 1 hour to the Nanaimo-Vancouver ferries and 25 minutes to Courtney town center. Nearby are BC Ferries to explore the Northern Gulf Islands of Denman and Hornby Islands, garden market stalls, a fresh seafood shop and the Kingfisher Spa. Within a 45 minute drive, explore the summer meadows or winter skiing at Mt. Washington, local waterfalls, huge trees at Cathedral Grove, farmers markets, local artisans, vineyards, famous Parksville-Qualicum beaches, salmon fishing, and more.
