Fantastic restaurants and boutique shopping are only a few minutes by car. World renowned Whistler ski area and village is approximately an hour's drive up the scenic Sea to Sky Highway. Other ski hills are very close to Chartwell Drive. Parks and trails are plentiful in the West Vancouver area with many close to Chartwell on the Hill.
