Relax and enjoy your west coast vacation from the quiet suburb of Capitol Hill in North Burnaby which is located twenty minutes from the hearts of the city districts. Capitol Hill is central in the Greater Vancouver Regional District, virtually 20 minutes from other surrounding cities such as New Westminster, North Vancouver, Coquitlam and Surrey. It is a little longer to Richmond and Vancouver International Airport. This site is also located near to the VANOC headquarters and the Pacific Coliseum venue which hosts events in speed and figure skating

This vacation home boasts of fresh paint and all new furnishings in a 2400 square feet home on 2 and a half levels. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite with shower and a soaker bathtub and a walk in closet. There is a second bathroom with two sinks on this upper floor which includes two other bedrooms down the hall, one with a queen sized bed and the other with twin bunks. This floor finishes with a small porch that overlooks views to the west and north facing downtown and North Vancouver.

The main floor is all about living. This floor encompasses the living room, dining room, family room and a large kitchen. Spend your time together, or apart, as you share this space for sitting in front of the fireplace, the TV, or a fine meal. This is where to relax. The only sleep space here is a double sofa bed in the family room.

The lower floor has another bedroom with a queen sized bed, another full bathroom and a private entrance. You will also have a sofa bed and a table for two. The laundry is located on this floor as well. There is secure parking in a two-car garage, also two spots in the front and on the back side of the house.
