This 3 bedroom luxury townhome is conveniently located in the prestigious Upper Village adjacent to the Slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. Watch skiers from the living room window in this rare true ski in/ ski out large townhome. You are just steps from the Magic Chairlift run and can experience true ski in ski out convenience.

This unit is perfectly equipped for you to be able to completely enjoy the best that Whistler has to offer. On the main level you can enter either through the front door or take advantage of the 1 car garage with a boot and glove dryer able to dry 8 boots and gloves at one time. At the front entrance, there is an expansive coat and drying room so you are guaranteed dry gear for the next day's enjoyment on the mountain.

The kitchen is well suited for the finest of Chefs in your group. Create your culinary delights on the 4 burner gas stove. Chop and dice on the granite countertops while your guests observe from the counter area with 3 bar stool style chairs. You will find it easy to use the high end convection oven, and wash up is a breeze using the double sink and dishwasher. Retire to the kitchen table with seating for 8 to complete the meal and enjoy.

Nearby, your guests are conversing while enjoying a drink from the bar and mixing area featuring a JVC stereo and seating. Close by is the large hardwood floor area of the living room. This very bright and comfortable space has seating for 6 adults and features the spectacular 4 foot wide river rock fireplace stretching up to the ceiling. The space it tremendous as the whole main floor could be considered a great room.

Travelling upstairs you are greeted by the master bedroom with a large, comfortable king size bed, 2 closets, 2 upholstered lounge chairs, a 27 colour TV with DVD and VCR. Make yourself feel regal and cozy while you control the fireplace by remote control. This whole room is solid wood. Not only does this room have a spectacular ensuite with a double sink, a large jetted tub, a slate walled glassed in shower and heated floors but there is a second ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom with a toilet, a bidet and a sink.

On the lower floor there are 2 more bedrooms. The first has a split king size bed, closet, dresser and a 14 colour Toshiba TV. The second two twins, another 14 colour Toshiba TV and a closet. In the hallway between the rooms is the guest computer for your use. The lower floor bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a large rock grato style shower. Just down the hall is the playroom with a 27 colour TV and DVD, a comfortable sofa and chair as well as a pull out queen size hide a bed and of course, the 4x8 slate pool table for those late night apres ski parties.
