Relax and unwind in this comfortable property and enjoy all the amenities of home. The main floor of the home has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining table that seats 10 people, living room with a river rock floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, stereo, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft which can be used as a quiet area or an office. The family room is comfortably appointed with a sofa bed, television, bar area and conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer. Have some fun in the games room where you will find a combination pool or ping pong table, ski storage, bathroom, and exercise room. There is a 1,500 foot enclosed deck at the front of the house at ground level, an upper deck off second floor at front and two decks running the length of the back of the house with access by sliding doors from bedrooms. The home offers parking for up to five vehicles on the large parking pad before entering the covered walkway into this lovely inviting home, where there is something for everyone. The bus stop is just steps away. There is also a one bedroom self contained suite with its own washer and dryer. The price for the suite may be negotiated upon request. A parking permit will be included with your rental. |
