Three bus lines along Broadway, plus another three bus lines just four blocks away along 4th Avenue, will take you quickly to all the Olympics venues and anywhere else you wish to go. Downtown and UBC are each just 10 minutes away by car, or 15-20 minutes by direct bus. The airport is 20 minutes away. Enjoy this great location which is both close to everything yet still appreciate the atmosphere of the quiet tree-lined street, with very little traffic. For children, there are several playgrounds and parks within five-minute walks, as well as the best children's bookstore in town just around the corner. A leisurely 10-minute walk brings you to the waterfront and spectacular views of the mountains.
