Amblepath House is in the heart of beautiful Squamish, located half way between Vancouver and Whistler. Amblepath offers incredible views of Mount Atwell and The Chief Granite Wall. The property backs onto the Squamish River and is close to a private forest and trails. This one year old home includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and all the necessary requirements for a group to fully relax and enjoy the Olympics. Amblepath provides a 47 inch plasma Sony television with full cable, PVR and DVD machines, wireless internet, telephone, linen, laundry, stainless steel full-kitchen, and BBQ. It is walking distance to all amenities, including public transit, restaurants, theatres, post office, coffee shops, retail stores, and parks.

The first level is a 700 square foot heated garage with ample storage and work area. The middle floor is the main entrance to the house where you will find a bathroom and stylish dining area. Continue to an open modern kitchen design with polished concrete countertops, and finally to a wide open living area with 10 foot ceilings, gas fireplace, a massive white leather sectional couch and a computer area. Two flights of stairs will take you down to the garage or up to the bedrooms where the master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house for privacy. This room has its own full bathroom and two person stand-up shower. Following along the open hallway on the third floor will take you to the two front bedrooms and another full bathroom, the laundry area, and incredible views. Amblepath is decorated throughout with cinnamon coloured maple hardwood floors, carpet on the third level, slate and modern tile in the bathrooms and entrance area. Two large covered decks drape the front and back of the property, with great views of the mountains and wildlife.

Amblepath House is located one-minute off the main highway, halfway between Whistler and Vancouver and nestled away for privacy. Everything from Olympic transportation to everyday living is all at your doorstep including some of the world's best bald eagle viewing from your backyard. Enjoy.
