Inside, the spacious living area you will find a well appointed home outfitted with modern convenience. The kitchen is a fully equipped modern space which is outfitted with high-end appliances. The bright sun room has a dining area and opens onto a large outdoor patio. Throughout the tastefully decorated interior, premium amenities abound such as heated floors, Jacuzzi bathtubs, a large screen television and fireplace.

The open floor plan and large, west-facing windows allow for unobstructed 180 degree views of the dramatic Saanich Inlet and Malahat Mountain. Have a barbeque or take advantage of the hot tub on one of the vast terraced decks that step down onto the waterfront lawn.
