This house is perfectly situated in the heart of Ambleside in West Vancouver, B.C. You will enjoy stunning views of Siwash Rock, Stanley Park the City and English Bay. The house is close to the 5 Star Park Royal Shopping Mall, and the beautiful beaches of Ambleside, which are only a 5 min. stroll away.

West Vancouver offers many international restaurants, while you walk along the seawall all the way to Dundarave Pier, you will discover a very charming village with many little stores and parks, coffee shops, restaurants and a very friendly atmosphere. The views from West Vancouver are breathtaking wherever you go On clear days you will see year round snow covered Mount Baker in the US to the East and all the way to Vancouver Island to the West.

West Vancouver has so many nature walks a famous one is the Baden Powell Trail from Horseshoe Bay to Deep Cove, especially beautiful is the Capilano Canyon Trail along the Capilano River, offering many scenic fantastic waterfalls, ancient cedar trees, and a fish hatchery. The Capilano Suspension Bridge is a must see on your list. Light House Park which is famous for the old growth forest trails and many rocks you can hang out on to enjoy peace and tranquil while hiking and enjoying the endless view over the Pacific Ocean. Siwash Rock View House sits at the bottom of Cypress Mountain, the perfect skiing area for the winter month and also great hiking in the summer months. You can be there in 15 minutes. There is easy access to the Highway #1 to drive either up to Whistler or to the Interior countryside or easy access to downtown Vancouver via Lionsgate Bridge.

You will enjoy the layout of the house with over 3 levels. The living area is open to kitchen and dining, which gives this house a very airy feeling, with many large windows to offer you views. The master bedroom has its own level with a very cozy balcony to walk onto, large bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs you have a 3 bedroom level with 1 full bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, sleeps 2, one bedroom with a queen and one small bedroom with 1 single bed. The TV room has a big screen TV with a pull-out double sofa which could sleep 2 people, with an office attached.

A large deck, a garden pond and peaceful garden makes the garden a very charming place to stay in during summer months.
